but we definitely have a lot more issues with our mental health and our physical when we eat sugar and we both notice a huge change in not only just our energy and everything but our mood towards each other and towards ourselves we just feel overall so much better when we eat no sugar and again it's not for everybody some people feel better when they eat carbs I don't if you're finding it hard to stick to keto I would make sure that you are eating within your macros make sure you're eating enough fat make sure
